Problem solving
An established independent restaurant was facing issues with non-cloud bookkeeping. This meant they only had access to historical data, which is an issue in a fast-paced environment with a high number of transactions.
For this client, we pieced together our “Finance Department Package”. We digitised areas such as payroll and EPOS systems, using apps and cloud tech to streamline the record keeping and data.
Within a few weeks their entire finance function was digitised and moved to the cloud. We had also installed and integrated the new till systems to connect to Xero Cloud Accounting, meaning live data was being fed in. We also implemented a receipt capture system, giving the client a quick and easy way of getting us their expenses.
The restaurant now has live data to base decisions on in a quick manner. And they have saved at least four hours per week gathering paperwork!
