A Building Company based in Bristol had a gut feeling that their accountant hadn’t been doing their bookkeeping correctly for many years.
After a free consultation with Streets Steele, the client said they already felt safer and cared about and joined up the following day. Our Bookkeeping Manager Hollie, who has much experience in the construction field worked her magic and dug in to four years’ worth of CIS data.
By the end of the second week, we had fully and completely reconciled to the penny, four years’ worth of PAYE and CIS data, meaning we could fully trust the results and move forwards with it.
The result for our client was a whopping £95k of CIS rebate due back to them, that hadn’t been picked up or recorded, and would have been lost had we not spotted it!
